My client, a well established recruiter for commercial, industrial and logistics market sectors in West Yorkshire is looking for a an experienced or a trainee Commercial Recruitment Consultant to join their Leeds branch.
Initially working a dual desk (temporary and permanent vacancies) you will be involved in the full recruitment process. This will involve attracting and sourcing potential candidates, interviewing, skills testing, referencing, business development, client visits, arranging interviews, filling bookings and making placements. This is a varied and busy role, offering continued support and career progression.
Ideally candidates will have previous experience of working within recruitment, though candidates with a strong sales background are also encouraged to apply. Applicants must be good communicators, have a mature attitude to work, yet a fun*lively disposition. In addition, a full drivers license is essential.
Basic salary dependent on experience plus commission.
